Orange. Red. Sunset. Maple. Fall. Autumn.
The heart-throbbing and somewhat energetic summer has come to a close. Fall, a vibrant season with a bit more lazy vibe, is taking the spotlight now. So, let’s get into this season’s schedule!
Watched:

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom: Log Horizon type of adventurous vibe, if it’s on rebuilding a kingdom with a tad bit more of cute romance in it.
I’m Standing on a Million Lives Season 2: Average animation. Great quest-building though.
Life Lessons with Uramichi-Oniisan: A great change of pace of a comedy anime, with added bonus of extracting lessons out of misery. The most underrated show of the season with powerful ensemble cast of voice actors.
Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid S: It was a pretty good slice of life anime, and as always, the fighting animation by Kyoto Animation is god-tier.
My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X: The kidnapping arc.
Remake our Life!: A beautiful, engaging story over a resourceful main character taking a second chance in his life, for better or for worse.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Season 2 Part 2: A satisfying, entertaining and fun continuation to the fate of Tempest, and the birth of The Eight-Star Demon Lords—Octagram.
The Detective Is Already Dead: The mystery side of the story spun and spun with supernatural and flashbacks that last more than half of the story, until somewhere along the line, I lost myself trying to find out whether the detective is already dead or not.
Tsukimichi -Moonlit Fantasy-: An isekai anime of world building that can be fun, and brutal.
Watching:

To Your Eternity: The story that I’ve forgotten.
Plan to Watch:

86 2nd Season: Looks exciting.
Blue Period: Looks captivating. (it focuses on a story of conveying words with art)
Komi Can’t Communicate: Looks interesting.
Takt Op. Destiny: Looks amazing. (for real, an original anime with on odd pair of music with monsters, by MAPPA and Madhouse, two strong anime powerhouse)
Mieruko-chan: Looks terrifying.
Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside: Looks relaxing.
Restaurant to Another World 2: Looks delicious.
Airing Dates

October 1: Blue Period
October 2: Restaurant to Another World 2
October 3: Mieruko-chan, and 86 2nd Season
October 6: Banished from the Hero’s Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside, and Takt Op. Destiny
October 7: Komi Can’t Communicate
That’s it.

So… I’ve actually been preparing a few reviews, one particularly on a new anime movie that no one seems to be talking about. Its cinematography is quite different and the soundtracks are mesmerizing. Until then, I’ll see you on the next post.
As always, thanks for reading!
OMG, all the Uramichi screen caps! So funny. It’s one of my favorite anime that I’m currently watching. No matter how cruddy my day has been that anime always puts a smile on my face.
